Gordana Starčević Klasan is a distinguished Croatian professor and medical doctor affiliated with the Faculty of Health Studies at the University of Rijeka. She is recognized for her expertise in anatomy, rehabilitation sciences, and musculoskeletal research, contributing extensively to both academic teaching and clinical-oriented research. With a strong background in basic medical sciences, she has played a key role in educating generations of healthcare professionals and advancing anatomical knowledge in clinical practice. Her research work spans areas such as skeletal muscle regeneration, rehabilitation outcomes, low back pain, and the effects of metabolic conditions like diabetes on muscle function.
